There’s no question the US needs Euro and UK tourism now…but part of the plan is an additional $10 tourist visa charge for every international visitor. What will they do with the money? Create a fund to market to such foreign visitors to entice them back…
Bang & Olufsen shares have suffered this past year, but you’ve got to admire a firm making tremendous gains engaging in licensing partnerships with Samsung, and more recently to the property sector. The Renwick, in New York’s SoHo, will be working with B&O as well as art publisher Taschen to make for a cool project.
Savills‘ report anticipates London home values to slip 25% before year’s end – an ominous report for the US, seeking buyers with GBP assets, as well as Spain, in a crisis of its own, who had looked to the UK in marketing second-home and buy-to-let properties.
